Payment Options

All new accounts receive the first 30 days free of charge so you can trial the service. Following the trial period we will invoice you monthly in advance or, if you choose to pay annually, we will invoice you annually in advance. Invoices are issued on strictly 7 day terms. There are a couple of options for you to choose from when paying your invoice. Each invoice you receive from idrive will include all our payment options for the plan you are on.

There are three options for paying your idrive invoice online.

Credit Card To pay your idrive invoice from your MasterCard, VISA or American Express card use our secure online account payment service.

Payment by Credit Card

To pay your idrive invoice from your MasterCard, VISA or American Express card use our secure online account payment service. We have chosen to partner with NAB for secure processing of Credit Card payments. The Payment system allows you to make recurring or one-off payments from either your credit card or your bank account.



Please include your invoice amount and invoice number as a Reference. Both can be found at the top right-hand corner of your invoice.

Electronic Funds Transfer To pay your idrive invoice using electronic bank transfer, log on to your online bank account and choose the transfer funds option.

To pay your idrive invoice using electronic bank transfer, log on to your online bank account and choose the transfer funds option. You will be asked to type in your invoice amount. Please include the invoice number as a Reference. If you do not have online banking set up, please contact your bank or financial institution to make a payment from your cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account.
