Exchange and Refund Policy

idrive is confident that our products will meet the needs and expectations of all of our customers. To ensure customer satisfaction, idrive offers a free 30-day trial period in which to evaluate idriveOBM and idriveACB software.

We recognise, however, that in rare circumstances, there may be a need to not continue using the idrive software. Consequently, within thirty (30) days of purchase, if a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, idrive will either exchange the product or refund the 3, 6 or 12 monthly subscriptions only, which will be pro-rated depending on the number of remaining days till the end of the specific period for which payment was made. Note: monthly subscriptions will not be refunded. Prior to processing your return request, you must deactivate any active licenses.

If you are unhappy with your software for any reason within 30 days from purchase, please send us an email at info@idrive.net.au.

If our software is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for their intended purpose or do not match the description then please contact us by email at info@idrive.net.au and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. idrive will offer a replacement product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.).

Outside of the 30 day free trial period, idrive does not accept the return of products on a change of mind basis.
